Most organisations have inconsistent onboarding, rely heavily on team leads, and lack structured capability building. This impacts productivity and quality.

DIaaS provides: a structured curriculum, an external, objective perspective, and consistent delivery.

It is designed for agencies, GCCs, in-house design teams, and growing product teams.

Primarily aimed at junior designers and mid-level designers.
